I've made the curry chicken twice...oh my gosh it is so amazing and easy with your spice blend. I've tried variations before and was never quite satisfied with the taste. It was never as complex as it is now with your amazing concoction.
Sat night i made the butter chicken, holy moly it was delish! Again it was easy compared to the recipes i have with mile long ingredients which are now in the garbage. We love Indian food and these spices have opened up a whole new world of cooking for me.

This is one of the best Aloo Gobi dishes I have had (and definitely the best I have made). I finally got a genuine compliment on my indian cooking from my husband of 10 years! I am British, and Indian food has become a national British favourite alongside Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding. I love cooking curries, and in the past have dry fried all the spices, and then ground them, before getting on with making the main dish - which is very time consuming. Any ready made curry powders, pastes or sauces usually taste horrible, and nothing like an authentic curry. I cannot believe the fully bodied aroma and taste I get from using my jar of Tadka Masala; it really tastes like a 'proper' curry and I can experiment with the different vegetables I add. If you like it hot, you can add more, mild you can add less. It really gives that fullness of flavour that I struggle with in my curry cooking, unless I add 20 herbs and spices, and a gallon of oil! My only complaint is that you need to sell larger jars of it! -Eleanor from North York |
