Refreshing and tasty

Wonderfully refreshing drink. The raita salt offsets the bitterness of the lemons nicely. Drink is not too sweet or too bitter, the honey really sweetens it nicely. I didn't expect the nice aroma of mint and honey filling my kitchen while it steeped. I did not have fresh ginger so I used some store-bought minced ginger I had on hand, next time I will make it with the fresh ginger for more ginger taste. FYI, a 1/3 cup of lemon juice is 1 1/2 large size lemons in case you are wondering how many lemons to get. I used both for a little more lemon taste. Will definitely make again.
